There Is One Good Thing About the Outcome of This Election...

We don't have to worry about choosing the lesser of two evils from now on. The greater evil has won and anything in the future will be better than this.

I can't stop crying. I was a Berner who reluctantly came around to voting for Hillary, but actually against Trump. My only hope is that he lied to his supporters, the same way he lies to everyone; that he played them to get into office and now he's going to return to his Democratic roots.

But I doubt it. I think he's gone insane and I'm truly terrified for what the next four years will bring.

Some things are certain:

Obamacare will be repealed, and it will likely not be replaced. It will be "business as usual" for the insurance industry. He's talked about putting in Rick Scott as Secretary of Health and Human Services. Think about that. People will die.

Roe V. Wade will be repealed by a Republican Supreme Court. Women will die in back alley abortions. There will be thousands of abandoned drug-addicted babies. Children victims of rape and incest will be forced to give birth. Women will be forced to carry diseased and deformed babies to full-term and watch them die in agony.

Millions of migrant workers will be unceremoniously shipped back to Mexico. Crops will rot in the fields and on the trees, because Americans think they're too good to go out and pick crops. Well, unless he makes doing it a condition of getting welfare, and that might actually be a good thing. I hope he goes after all the illegals from other countries too, while he's at it. There are tens of thousands of illegal Canadians here hiding in plain sight and also a ton of Eastern Europeans, Russians and Caribbean nationals. If he's going to throw them out, throw them ALL out.

The rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer. The tax cuts will just put more money into the 1%'s pockets, just like they admitted the Bush tax cuts did. It will also put a lot of money into Trump's pockets, stolen from ours. Don't fool yourself into thinking they are going to create jobs. The only jobs the Bush era tax cuts created were in China and India.

Racists will reign and minorities will not only be taunted but beaten, bullied and killed. We're already seeing this in schools and workplaces all over America. Southern employers will make a point of firing anyone who isn't white, but what they will be left with may be a surprise to them, as most of the south isn't college educated and will not be qualified for today's technical work.

Social Security is at risk. I personally have not had insurance for 8 years because I couldn't afford it, even through the marketplace. I get Medicare next year, if it's still here, or if the premiums haven't gone up so much that I can't afford it.

Gay marriage will be repealed. I don't even know what to say about that. It's just a travesty that we cannot let people love who they want to love.

I was not sure what to expect of Hillary, but I know what to expect of Trump -- hatred, bigotry, sexism, racism and chaos. I've said I was going to move to Mexico if he won, and I am. I'll be working extra hard for the next year to get out of this country and never come back. This is NOT the country of my birth, and he is NOT my president.
